At KDIMZ, your satisfaction is our priority. As our products are fulfilled through a third-party supplier, we do not accept physical returns. Instead, eligible issues are resolved through a refund or resend.
Eligibility Window All dispute requests must be submitted within 30 days of order completion.
What Qualifies for a Refund or Resend
- Order not received within the estimated delivery window
- Wrong item received
- Item arrived damaged
- Item has a quality defect
- Significant logistics delay beyond the promised timeframe
How to Submit a Claim Email info@kdimz.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photo or video evidence (required for damaged, wrong, or quality claims). Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.
What Is Not Covered
- Change of mind or incorrect size/color ordered by the customer
- Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
- Delays caused by customs clearance
- Items damaged due to misuse after delivery
Refund Processing Time Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Resend Policy Replacement items are dispatched using the same shipping method as the original order.
